A vacuum tube lifter uses just one source of power for operation. Most commonly this is a 3ph electrical supply required for the vacuum pump to operate – which powers the grip and lift functions. Alternatives such as 1ph and compressed air can be used in some circumstances; but as cartons are usually fairly porous, the 3ph supply is preferred.
Simple to use hand held controls activate the lift and lower features of most vacuum carton lifters.
